Why Don't I See My Stats?
The five reasons stats don't show up in the 6-8 Mobile App, and how to fix each one.
Most of the time, stats don't show because the account has no active subscription. You can see up to 5 games from the 6-8 Game Desk without one. Stats can also be missing when the athlete wasn't tagged on a 6-8 Game Desk roster, so that data isn't connected to the account yet. In that case, submit a request and the 6-8 Team connects it. Work through these checks in order.
| Check | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| 1. You have more than 5 games and your subscription isn't active | On Home, tap Profile, then Membership, and activate it. Watch the subscription setup video. |
| 2. You weren't tagged on the roster | Ask your coach or club to tag your 6-8 ID on their 6-8 Game Desk roster. |
| 3. You downloaded the app after the event | The 6-8 Team can tag you to past games. Submit a request with the details below. |
| 4. You're in the wrong app | Athletes and parents use the 6-8 Mobile App (white background), not the 6-8 Game Desk. |
| 5. You have two accounts | The wrong 6-8 ID may be tagged. Don't delete the extra account: submit a request with both 6-8 IDs and the 6-8 Team merges them. |
What to include in your request (for checks 3 and 5, if you want to know whether you have stats from other games, or if you're not sure the 6-8 Game Desk was used at your event):
- Your 6-8 ID number
- Team name and age group
- Tournament or game name
- Dates played
6-8 Tip: See a game with wrong stats? You can remove it yourself. Open Games, swipe the game left and tap Delete, then confirm.
