Why Can't I Find an Athlete?
The athlete most likely has a user account but no athlete profile yet.
You can search for athletes on the 6-8 Game Desk by name or by 6-8 ID. An athlete shows up as soon as they have an Athlete Profile in the 6-8 Mobile App. There is no approval step.
Work through these checks:
- Ask the athlete whether they have an athlete profile. A user account alone is not enough. The athlete profile is created separately after registering.
- Ask them for their 6-8 ID. It is under their photo and name in their athlete profile.
- Search by 6-8 ID instead of name.
