How to Share a Game to 6-8 Scores
Make your game public on 6-8 Scores before it starts, during play, or after it's finished.
Sharing a game puts the live score and box score on 6-8 Scores so families, fans and college coaches can follow. You can turn it on at any point.
Before you start: a data or Wi-Fi connection.
Option 1: Before the game. Best for tournaments and anything families will watch live.
- While creating the game, tap Public Sharing, below the Light and Dark team selection.
- The button turns teal when sharing is on.
Option 2: During the game. Best when you forgot, or just got signal.
- Tap the gear icon next to the game title, top left of the scoring screen.
- Tap Public Sharing. It turns teal when sharing is on.
Option 3: After the game. Best for games scored offline.
- Under Game Scoring, then Finished, select the game.
- Tap the share icon (the box with an arrow, top right).
- Tap Share game to public website.
6-8 Tip: If the Public Sharing button won't turn on, your connection is too weak. Score offline and use Option 3 later.
