Trouble Logging In
Fix most login problems in under two minutes.
Most login issues come from an outdated app or a forgotten password. Try these in order.
- Update the app. If that doesn't work, delete the 6-8 Mobile App and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Reset your password. Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the email link.
- Check the email address. Make sure you're using the email you signed up with. Check other family emails too.
- Check the app. Athletes and parents use the 6-8 Mobile App (white background). Coaches and scorers use the 6-8 Game Desk.

6-8 Tip: The 6-8 Dashboard uses the same login as the 6-8 Mobile App. Fix one and you've fixed both.
