How to Use 6-8 Video Training
Start with the fundamentals in Water Polo 1.0 and 2.0, then move to specific skills.
6-8 Video Training is built on fundamentals. The videos are divided into categories to suit each athlete's level.
- Start with Water Polo 1.0.
- Move on to Water Polo 2.0.
- Then pick the skill categories you need most.
Tony and Maggie show the fundamentals that built their own base. Every body moves differently, so use the videos as a guide for the movements, not an exact copy.
6-8 Tip: A low 6-8 Challenge score points to the skill to train next. For example, a low Medicine Ball Hold score means leg strength.
