How to Check and Update Your Game Desk Subscription
See your 6-8 Game Desk plan in the Membership tab, and change or cancel it.
Your 6-8 Game Desk plan is in the Membership tab of the 6-8 Game Desk.
- Open the 6-8 Game Desk and log in with your coach or club account.
- Tap Membership at the bottom of the screen.
- Your plan is listed with the options for it.
| You want to | What to do |
|---|---|
| Update your card | Tap Update payment details. |
| Cancel | Tap Cancel Subscription. |
| Choose a plan | Tap the plan you want in Membership. Plans and prices are on the 6-8 pricing page. |
| Add teams to your plan | Submit a request with your account email and the number of teams you need. The 6-8 Team upgrades the plan and confirms by email. |
On an iPad: plan changes can't be made in the app. The 6-8 Game Desk shows a Visit website button for making the change on the website.
6-8 Tip: A plan set up by the 6-8 Team shows as Admin Subscription. To change it, submit a request.
